DC Partners helps automakers -- not film makers -- with their casting. DC Partners, which does business as Soligen 2006, is a manufacturer of metal cast components for the automotive (engine blocks, cylinder heads, manifolds) and aerospace (engines) industries. Using direct shell production casting (DSPC), the company generates its casting molds automatically from 3-D CAD data.  In addition to offering high quality, short- and medium-sized production runs, the company also offers prototyping services. Customers have included Ford, Visteon, Eaton, and Boeing, to name a few. DC Partners has an engineering and sales facility in Van Nuys, California, and a manufacturing plant in Santa Ana, California.
